Westshore Charity Quilt Society

Constitution

1. The name of the Society shall be the “Westshore Charity Quilt Society” and hereinafter referred to as the Society.

2. The purpose of the Society shall be

a. To make quilts for the community as needed as part of the host society (Westshore Quilters’ Guild)

b. To promote and encourage interest in the art of quilting through dissemination of information related to it, and

c. To work together in harmony with mutual respect, and

d. To continue the education of ourselves and the public in the art of quilting.
